Pardon the confusion during reconstruction period. Scaffolding has been completely removed in the interest of space and time. I spent a good part of the Early naughts and aughts pitching pieces across the webosphere. It landed mostly at Jewish content sites like Nosher, Tablet Mag. Jewcy haha. Kveller. I’ve had this blog in many iterations. And there is a cookbook I’m proud of on Amazon Get Cooking.
I love words and I crave flavor. I am the product of ravenous culinary arts education, with a particular emphasis on books and writing. I threw it all down: Gourmet cooking magazines, hither/ thither/yon blogs, hardcover cookbooks, the Cook’s Memoir (and what they made), as well as a predilection for the uber-compelling glossy national brand recipe chapbooks cannily placed right above the candy bars and gum at check out.
I try to always be working on some kind of tasty creation, be it a tasty dish of dialogue, a trifle of images, or a casserolethat screams flavor and whispers comfort. Yummy sentences flavored by life’s experience and flavors, that’s the big_bite banquet

Lately I’ve been writing/thinking about a woman named Bash, existing in some weirdly familiar semi-dystopian future. Roxy from cook/book keeps on popping in with a very Pre-Pandemic cheugy food celeb vibe. They connect in the yoga/breath/meditation/prayer realm.
